The National Micro Credit Control Organisation (NMCCO) has been established to foster sustainable development of microfinance sector through creating an enabling environment for MFIs in India. National Micro Credit Control Organisation distributes small loans that begin at Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 45,000 to poor women so they can start and expand simple businesses and increase their incomes. Their micro-enterprises range from raising cows and goats in order to sell their milk, to opening a village tea stall etc. National Micro Credit Control Organisation also offers micro-insurance to the poor as well as financing for other goods and services that can help them combat poverty.

Under National Micro Credit Control Organization (NMCCO) Recruitment 2012, vacancies are announced for the below mentioned posts.
1. Credit Manager Vacancy

Pay-Scale: Rs 9300-34000 G.P 4200
Age Limit: Min: 18 years and Max: 36 years
Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University of India.
2. Jr. Accountant Vacancy
Number of Vacancies: 618
Pay-Scale: Rs 5200-20200 G.P 2400
Age Limit: Min: 18 years and Max: 36 years
Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have passed the 12th Class from a recognized Board in India
3. Multi Tasking staff (Clerk) Vacancy

Selection, Training and Placement
The selection methodology will comprise of –
Selection for Post Codes 01 to 03 will be through written test (Which may be conducted ON LINE/OFF LINE) and/or
interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Test or Interview.
The Written Test for post Codes 01 to 03 Shall Contain questions from Professional Knowledge, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability.
How to Apply
Rs. 250/- for General Candidates and Rupees 150/- for SC/ST/OBC. Fee is Payable by Demand Draft/Indion Postal order favouring National Micro Credit Control Organisation payable at Kolkata Only. Candidates should write their Name & Date of Birth on the reverse of the Demand Draft & in the Space Provided for the Purpose on the Postal orders.
Candidates can apply for the post either on the prescribed application (OFF LINE) or submit the application ON LINE followed up by sending a printout (Hard Copy) of the ON LINE Application to the NMCCO Office.
Online Mode:
Following steps must be followed for Submitting application through Online mode
For Submitting the Online application, log on to www.nmcco.in
After submitting the Online application, the system will generate an Application form that must be printed with photograph pasted on it and containing the DD/IPO must be sent to the Office address
The Last date for submitting the Online application is 31st Oct, 2012.
Offline Mode:
In Offline mode, applicants have to fill the the prescribed application form with photograph pasted on it and send it to the NMCCO Office at the address mentioned below before 10th Nov, 2012.
