About DRDO

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is an Government agency in India, responsible for the development of technology for use by the military, headquartered in New Delhi, India. It was formed in 1958 by the merger of the Technical Development Establishment and the Directorate of Technical Development and Production with the Defence Science Organisation. The organization includes more than 5,000 scientists and about 25,000 other scientific, technical and supporting personnel.

DRDO Recruitment 2013 and CEPTAM

An Open competitive examination for Direct Recruitment of Senior Technical Assistant, Technician and Admin and Allied Category will be held on 25/08/2013. The examination is conducted by CEPTAM (Centre for Personnel Talent Management)

Educational Qualification

Senior Technical Assistant : Applicants should be completed B.Sc or B.V.Sc with three years experience.

Technical- A : Educational qualification TI or at lest SSC pass.

Admin & Allied : Intermediate to Post Graduate applicants eligible.

Age Limit

Applicants age must be between 18-30years for all posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.

Selection Process

Eligible Applicants selection based on Written Examination and merits followed trade Test and Interview.

After sending the SMS,candidate will receive an auto-generated response message with ‘Registration Number” based on exam city code, post code.[Like “CEPTAM Reg. No.150112000082for rupesh kumar goyal DOB 231283 Post Code 0112(Electronics & Instrumentation)” for the data entered in the above example]. Candidate will mention this registration number in his application form. Candidates are advised to complete this process correctly,as he will be responsible for any wrong particulars which may leads to rejection of his/her application.
